We are pleased to welcome Riches and Co. Accountants, a long-established chartered practice based in Cobham, Surrey, to the bk plus group.
Founded in 1979 and led by Senior Partner Richard Bolton, Riches and Co. has built a reputation over more than four decades for delivering clear, partner-led advice to a broad range of clients, from private individuals through to businesses with turnover in excess of £60m.
The team offers a comprehensive range of services including statutory accounts and audit, corporate and personal tax planning, VAT, payroll and business start-up advice. That breadth of capability, combined with a long-standing commitment to accessible, practical advice and fixed-fee pricing, has earned the firm a loyal and varied client base across Surrey and the wider South East.
Richard and the team will continue to operate from their Cobham office, supporting the same clients they know well. For those clients, the day-to-day experience remains unchanged, with the addition of access to the wider expertise and specialist services that being part of bk plus brings.
The acquisition adds to our growing presence across the South East and reflects our continued commitment to finding well-regarded, locally rooted firms that share our values and our approach to client service.
