I’ve spent over 20 years working with SMEs and owner-managed businesses across the UK. My background spans banking, corporate finance, and senior leadership, including as COO of a Top 10 accountancy firm. I’ve advised on everything from strategic planning and raising finance to buying, selling, and restructuring businesses.

bk plus launched in 2021 with just a handful of people and one office. Today, we’re over 600 strong, with more than 30 offices across the UK.

What sets us apart is our belief in staying close to the clients we serve. Every office is built around strong regional teams who know their markets and their communities. We don’t centralise or overcomplicate—we back our people to deliver high-quality advice in a way that’s personal, practical, and direct.

That approach is working. And we’re only just getting started.
