This statement is made on 4th August 2025 on behalf of bk plus Limited (and group companies as mentioned below) and outlines the steps we have taken during the financial year 2024–2025 to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.
bk plus Limited provides a range of professional services including, but not limited to, accountancy, tax advisory, and payroll services to small and medium‑sized businesses. Our head office is based in the Midlands, with offices located across the UK.
bk plus Limited is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms. We recognise our responsibility to act ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.
We operate a number of policies and procedures that support our commitment to combating modern slavery, including:

- Anti-corruption and bribery
- Equal Opportunities
Our operations are primarily UK‑based, and we consider the overall risk of modern slavery within our business to be low. However, we acknowledge that risks may arise within supply chains. We therefore take a proportionate approach to supplier due diligence, focusing on areas that may present a higher risk.
We take the following steps to reduce the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking:
- Reviewing supplier relationships and assessing risk where appropriate
- Encouraging employees, suppliers, and stakeholders to report any concerns
- Investigating any identified concerns promptly and taking appropriate action, including escalation to relevant authorities where required
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will be reviewed annually. It has been approved by the Board of bk plus Limited.
