Starting her career straight out of school with a Tamworth based firm, Amy became one of the founding members of our audit team at bk plus. Now leading our expanding audit practice in Aldridge, she has been instrumental in driving the firm’s growth, mentoring junior professionals, and fostering strong client relationships. While accountancy has traditionally been a male-dominated field, the industry is evolving. Data from the Office for National Statistics reveals that 44.6% of chartered and certified accountants in the UK are women, and this is only rising! However, despite a rise in partner diversity across firms, female leadership at the highest levels remains disproportionately low.
