Michelle Pitt has over 15 years of experience in the payroll industry. She began her career as a Payroll Assistant and progressed up to a Head of Service. Within her experience, she dealt with all sectors and sizes of clients from Director only clients to those with over 300 employees.
Being the Head of Payroll, she ensures that the team provides a friendly, accurate and efficient End To End payroll and Auto Enrolment service to all clients. Michelle helps by taking the stress of payroll away, either partially or completely, with a tailor-made service based on the clients’ needs and wants. She makes sure that either herself or a member of the payroll team is available to deal with queries. Within communication, she will help the client keep updated with their payroll affairs every step of the way. The whole payroll team are fully GDPR compliant so no need to worry about holiday cover or to train in house.
