We have strengthened our presence across Wales as Task Accounting, based in Colwyn Bay and Llanrwst, joins the group.

This move builds on our recent expansion into South and West Wales, where we established offices in Swansea, Pembroke and Llanelli earlier this year. The addition of Task Accounting extends our presence into North Wales, giving us broader coverage across the country.

Task Accounting supports owner-managed businesses with accounts, tax and advisory services and has built a strong reputation for its practical approach and long-standing client relationships.

The Task Accounting team will continue to operate from their Colwyn Bay and Llanrwst offices as part of bk plus, ensuring continuity for clients across North Wales.

This acquisition forms part of our continued national growth, with bk plus now operating from more than 45 offices with a team of over 900 people.
