We can confirm that BK Plus has been instructed by the directors of PD Innovations Limited trading as Boomin (“the Company”) to assist in placing the Company into creditors’ voluntary liquidation.  As part of the relevant statutory procedures, formal processes will need to be communicated to and held with the Company’s shareholders and creditors before the appointment of a liquidator can be confirmed.  It is currently anticipated that the Company will be placed into liquidation (and a liquidator appointed) on or around 17 November 2022.
