We have appointed Calvin Bond as Corporate Finance Partner, strengthening our deal advisory capability and extending our presence in Scotland.
Based in our Glasgow office, Calvin will lead our Scottish deal advisory offering, focusing on advising SMEs, owner-managed businesses, private equity-backed businesses and private equity clients on acquisitions, business sales, growth funding and strategic shareholder planning.
He brings extensive experience across the healthcare, professional services and business services sectors, though his approach is sector agnostic and his work spans a broad range of industries.
His background spans both regional advisory and London-based accountancy practices, giving him broad experience advising clients across the UK on acquisitions, disposals, raising debt and equity finance, financial due diligence, financial modelling and valuations. Many of Calvin’s deals involved working with international acquirers and private equity investors.
