Reasons for sale
The company’s turnover and finances generally, suffered significantly as a consequence of COVID- 19 and the company’s business went through an Administration process in 2021. Increased utility costs and the need to pay proforma has also caused the company a number of challenges.
The company is currently behind in its payments to HM Revenue and Customs and other creditors and requires additional lending or investment if it is to be maintained as a going concern.
