About Richard
Having gathered over twenty years’ experience in restructuring and qualifying as an Insolvency Practitioner in 2009, Richard joined BK plus in 2021, having worked with David and Shaun previously at Baldwins. Joining Baldwins in 2017, he established a then new service line to the firm, building a restructuring team and introducing a new office in Birmingham city centre. Prior to joining Baldwins, Richard gained significant experience at well-respected regional and national firms.
Richard is well placed to assist businesses in distress, seeking to offer solutions to directors, shareholders, banks and other stakeholders. He offers a sounding board to managers, owners, investors and other interested parties of distressed and/or underperforming businesses. By listening to the problems at hand, he seeks to offer a view on the current financial position, options available and help to forge a path forward for his clients.
Richard specialises in refinance, banking, restructuring and insolvency.
