I am a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner with over 15 years’ experience.

Prior to joining bk plus I have worked at national practices and boutique firms giving me a unique insight into how challenges are overcome when assisting both individuals and companies.

I have therefore encountered a varied mix of businesses from varied industries and sectors, with turnover of less than £100k to £10m+. In particular assisting a number of care home operators.

Some circumstances can be resolved informally, others require restructuring and some a formal insolvency procedure for example Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation, Administration or Bankruptcy.

The first question is always “How can I help?”. Every situation is different, certain clients get in contact and wish to discuss all the options whereas others have an idea what may be suitable for them. In the end it is all about gathering the required information, tailoring the advice to the client. The solutions available can then be presented in the most clear and concise manner with assistance from other departments at bk plus such as tax and corporate finance as necessary.
