The Advisory teams he leads within BK Plus span Corporate Finance, Banking, Tax, and Restructuring. Bringing together talented colleagues across multiple specialities to provide comprehensive advice for a variety of needs, from aligning working capital with strategic goals, advising on the sale of a business, to supporting businesses through a restructure and back to success.
Mark’s history within banking, across NatWest, Lloyds, and latterly Shawbrook covered simple to complex needs, supporting a wide variety of transactions, using innovative solutions, to deliver for his clients.
