Kim Richards is a qualified licensed insolvency Practitioner with twenty years of experience in the restructuring and insolvency industry. She has experience in a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, recruitment, care homes, retail and leisure.
She offers a sounding board to Directors, Owners and other interested parties of distressed businesses. Kim takes the time to understand the situation a business is in for all clients, as well as review all of the options available and to help implement it. In addition to distressed businesses, she can assist where shareholders wish to close their business and maximise the return of their business by carrying out Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (solvent liquidation).
