About Jo
Jo is Head of HR at bk plus and brings over 15 years’ experience across people management, talent development, and employment compliance. She plays a central role in supporting the firm’s growth, working closely with leaders and local offices to ensure the right people, structure, and culture are in place.
Jo leads the HR function across HR Operations, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development. She ensures that business‑as‑usual HR activity runs smoothly and consistently, while also developing the frameworks, processes, and capabilities the firm needs as it continues to expand.
Her work reflects bk plus’s belief in local people delivering local services, backed by shared values across the firm. As the business continues to grow nationally, Jo helps ensure local culture is protected while maintaining consistency, fairness, and strong people practices across every office.
