David Griffiths, JIEB/CPI/LLB(Hons)Head of Restructuring

David is a Partner at bk plus, and heads up our fast-growing Restructuring Team. He has worked in the insolvency and restructuring profession for over 24 years, including around 15 years as a licensed insolvency practitioner. Prior to joining bk plus, he worked for three national firms, and ran his own business providing a specialist opinion on proposed insolvency transactions.

David has a wealth of experience of working with clients of all sizes, from small owner-managed businesses to high-profile corporations. His approachable, yet professional, demeanour makes him a perfect advisor to directors or individuals who are facing significant financial challenges. Outside of work, David enjoys Formula One, the odd spot of golf (his handicap is unprintable), and spending time with his family.
