Cinzia Hensley, FCA FCCAPartner

Cinzia has over 25 years experience in accountancy primarily working in the Gloucestershire area. Having qualified with two smaller local firms she joined Andorran in 2001, became Senior Manager in 2013 and now a Partner in 2024.

Cinzia was also Practice Manager until early 2024, when the firm became part of bk plus and she was promoted to partner. Cinzia heads up the Accounting Services team, where she is responsible for planning the throughput of accounts preparation and associated tax work, as well as quality control. In her role as Partner, Cinzia looks after many of the Cheltenham office’s businesses and charities; she is also the main point of contact for people who are looking set up their own business.

Cinzia has helped develop the extensive client base of local charities and is the Cheltenham office’s expert on charity accounts formats and disclosures. Cinzia is also one of the most knowledgeable members of the team on Sage accounts and other computerised accounting systems having previously lectured on it at a local College. Having previously been responsible for running the practice, including production of management accounts and payroll for Andorran, Cinzia is well placed to give advice in house accountants having had hands on experience herself.

Outside of work Cinzia has a family which includes two grown up children.
