Andy is an Audit Partner at bk plus with over 20 years’ experience spanning the Big Four and Top 10 firms. He leads audit engagements across the West Midlands and also holds national responsibilities for audit quality, technical standards, and firmwide compliance.

Andy supports a wide range of clients—from dynamic owner-managed businesses to complex international groups—delivering audits that are efficient, insightful, and tailored to each client’s needs. His approach is pragmatic, personable, and focused on delivering robust results with minimal disruption.

His career includes 15 years with a Big Four firm in Birmingham and New Zealand, followed by five years in a Top 10 practice advising privately owned and private equity-backed businesses. He joined bk plus in 2024, bringing deep technical expertise across sectors including manufacturing, technology, retail, pharmaceuticals, energy, and media.

Andy plays an active role in shaping the firm’s audit methodology and continuously improving processes through thoughtful use of technology. His leadership is defined by technical rigour, a collaborative mindset, and a strong commitment to client service.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys time with his young family, plays football, and supports Aston Villa.
